As a Hospitality Director with more than 25 years of experience, Shanelle Moore has built a career creating exceptional guest experiences through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative event execution. Her expertise spans hospitality management, food and beverage operations, weddings, corporate events, branding, marketing, and business development. Known for transforming ideas into memorable experiences, she has successfully led high-performing teams, launched new concepts, and managed large-scale hospitality and event operations.

Together with her husband, Shanelle co-founded Moore Affairs, a full-service event planning, design, branding, and promotional products company. From intimate proposals and elegant weddings to milestone celebrations, conferences, and corporate events, Moore Affairs delivers seamless experiences with creativity, precision, and a personal touch. By offering event planning, event design, décor, custom branding, and promotional products under one roof, Moore Affairs serves as a true one-stop shop for unforgettable events and elevated brand experiences.

Shanelle wears the title of "Momager" with pride. As the mother of two working actors and a teen fashion model, she has spent years balancing auditions, set life, travel, contracts, fittings, red carpets, and school schedules—all while making sure her children remain grounded, focused, and free to enjoy being kids.

Behind every booking, callback, and milestone is a mother who advocates fiercely, manages thoughtfully, and leads with equal parts love and common sense. From reviewing contracts and coordinating schedules to helping her children navigate the realities of the entertainment industry, Shanelle is a steady presence in a world that often moves fast.

Her greatest accomplishment isn't the roles they've landed or the stages they've walked—it's raising confident, kind, hardworking young people who understand that character matters just as much as talent.

Creativity has always been at the center of everything Shanelle does. A storyteller at heart, she has expressed that passion through music, film, writing, photography, and entrepreneurship. She is a singer-songwriter with nearly 100 original songs to her credit, a published children's book author of The Magical Adventures of Shiloh and Jax, and a screenwriter who has written and produced multiple short films.

For Shanelle, creativity isn't limited to one medium—it's about connecting with people, telling meaningful stories, and inspiring others to see the world differently. Whether through a song, a screenplay, a photograph, or a children's book, her work is rooted in authenticity, imagination, and heart.

She is also the co-founder of TEENWORK, a photography company she operates alongside her daughter, Ryan. Together, they help teenagers build confidence through photography and self-expression, creating experiences that encourage young people to see themselves through a more positive and empowered lens.
